They get to run across the finish line, and that is always a thrill. Ribbons and toys for all. We made changes on the other courses, due to bridge being out on Island Park. All Races start on Main Street and end on Waterfall drive, a short walk away. Indoor facilities are being provided to all runners thanks to the folks at IUSB, who are opening just for us! 5K course this year winds through High Dive park, out to Johnson Street, and then back on the Riverwalk, up Nibco parkway and finish on Waterfall. New this year, the 10K and 15K will be much straighter. down a gorgeous residential neighborhood, Greenleaf Blvd, and then back. The 10K turns back at Marshall Drive and the 15K go all the way to the end at CR 15. (the elephant) Runners will be able to open up and gain some serious speed! New this year: Menu pricing so this will be really affordable! Got a million shirts? Don't care about timing? No problem. Just come on out and celebrate Memorial Day with us! Mark your calendars! Ideal Beach is tucked away at Heaton Lake, on Ideal Beach Road, just off CR 17/ Exit 96 on the toll road. This is a park that has plenty of parking, lovely picnic areas and a small waterslide, so it will be fun for friends and family to hang out while you are racing. This event will happen on opening day of the park. The triathlon includes 400 yard swim, 14 mile Bike, 3 Mile Run.
